I was able to login and check my status until yesterday but since this morning I cannot access it. I am sure my information is correct. I even tried all other identification types, but the system does not identify me anymore. CIC call center doesn't even forward me to an agent.

Anyone had a similar issue? What could be the reason?

Perhaps they are doing updates to your status? In which case it might take some time to process the change, so I would not worry too much.

I guess, there were similar technical issues happened to all applicants before and mentioned in this forum. But weird thing is, this time it only happens to me :( Let's hope they are changing my status

Maybe they are doing updates to several files, but others did not notice because it was done overnight or something. I would not worry too much. They just sent us AOR so it is unlikely that at this stage there is something serious happenning with your file...they probably have not even had time to look at it in detail.

change web browser and try

I tried all browsers in all operating systems :) Still nothing.
it could be by accident you click the remove access the last time you log in

Nope, I never click on that :( I still do not have access. I start to worry about it. Maybe I should use the web form to submit a technical issue. I don't think call center will help me before the 12 months processing time ends.

i think you can call them.. for sure they can check it for you.. you are not asking for your status.

I called CIC finally. They say my file is in transit to Montreal processing office and that might be the reason for my ecas access issue so I should try again next week.
I don't really understand why transitting my file should cause this problem but anyways, i hope things will be better soon.

Did you by any chance click the button "Remove website access to my application status and address information" which is under the part "in process"?

try this

https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

You wish to report a technical issue with IRCC online services. Please select 'Technical Difficulty' as your application/enquiry type and ensure you provide:
  • type of application (work permit, study permit or visitor record, etc) in the 'Your enquiry' field;
  • approximate date that the application was submitted, if applicable, in the 'Your enquiry' field.
  • complete address (including the postal code) in the 'Your enquiry' field. If the residential address is different from the mailing address, please provide both addresses;
  • Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number, if you have one;
  • online application reference number, if you have one;
  • telephone number. If you have more than one contact number, please provide them all;
  • screenshot(s), if possible.

it does some times..be patient...

Any news? Is it working? I am trying not to check this ECAS too often these days so that these small technical glitches do not give me more grey hairs. I already have enough for now :D

Still not accesible. I don't wanna worry about it but I do. As applicants are going to "In Process", I am going backwards and can't even access to my ecas :(
I will wait until next week and then submit an enquiry for Tecnical Diffciulties.
