Hi there, we are working with an agency that has submitted an LMO application on our behalf. The application is for a a live in caregiver that is currently stationed in HK. It was just submitted within the last 10 days.

Does anyone know what the process is or the ramifications would be if we wish to withdraw the application. I know we will not receive a refund, but would it preclude us for submitting a subsequent LMO for a different individual?

You just have to call HRDC and inform them that you wish to cancel your LMO application or inform them that you are changing the employee.
