Cancelled status on Permit/Counterfoil in GCMS notes

I applied November 2020 and got GCMS notes. My file says Status "cancelled" under Document issuance section and the status is shown cancelled in Permit SP and Permit -WP (with Coop) as well as in the counterfoil.

Medical/ Criminality and Eligibility are all set to Passed and notes say Approved.

Any insights why it was cancelled? Should I be worried?

Getting assessments passed doesn't always mean an approval (however most of the time it is) neither means immediate passport request letter is on the way based on the 2021 trend.

Source : IRCC rep on phone when my friend enquired regarding all assessments being passed ( yet no passport request letter ). Feb/March 2020 applicants waiting for passport request letter with all assessments passed ( can tag if you want ).

Have you received passport request after that ?
Or any document IRCC requested to you ?
