You need to speak to your lawyer about what your "credibility" issues are. May depend on whether you were living in another country, had not relocated within your home country first or your reason for asking for asylum is too similar to others. Impossible for any of us to say. The best thing for you to do is become financially independent and establish yourself as much as possible so if you are denied RAD you have a stronger case for H&C.
