Cancel PR Card after first landing

Not recommended if you were granted PR under PNP. Shouldn't be a problem if your an Express entry candidate.

Another question. After coming here, I applied for Government Health Card of BC where I had to tick a box saying that I am not going abroad within the next six months. However, now that I have to move out, how do I cancel that application?

I was wondering if you know whether it is possible to send PR card to another province? I landed in Vancouver but the PR card process is still ongoing. I would like to send it to a friend but he lives on another province. Can I change the address to another province? I came as an Express Entry candidate.
