Canadian Work experience

i have question regarding Canadian work experience. When we create profile, in Work experience section, Do we need 1 year continues Canadian experience to get points for that?

Do i need 1560 hours of full time paid work IN canada to just APPLY for the EE program?

I am in a situation where I can't get and entry level job because I don't have enough experience, and i can't get experience without a job.

Can you please help me about Canadian Work experience query:

I have following experiences :

OCT 2013 - March 2014 (In Canada) (NOC Same)
Apr 2014 - Jun 2014 (In Canada) (NOC Same)
Sept 2014 - Present (In Canada) (NOC Same)

my question is :

[size=10pt]Am I eligible under CEC category and if yes then It will count my 1 year experience in express entry profile Work experience section and give me 40 points in profile ?..... Please advised..!![/size]

You need cumulative 1 year Canadian work to qualify CEC and get into EE pool (Which you do). You need 1 year continuous work to claim 40 points. (Which you don't)
