Siblings category will be given points only if they are eligible under Express Entry in the pool. They are not unskilled as they will be people in the pool already. The issue is that IRCC want these people to get picked up ;D

But think about it, please. Sure getting families back together is a good thing. But a person with 350 points cant expect to get 600 points which, let's face it, will be an ITA every time just because their sibling is there. A sibling the applicant may not even know! Maybe you would have to prove a close relationship like common law?Elrud said:
