Hello

Can someone provide information about the School system in Canada (or a Website for the same)
Are there School Districts similar to US ?
In US, the Apartments you reside are linked with a particular School
A School is required (in most of the cases) to provide admission to a child from the linked Apartment
Is the System same in Canada ?

Yes, they have designated schools by address. If you look up Toronto for example, you punch in a street name and they give you the designated schools, see http://www.tdsb.on.ca/about_us/street_guide/street.asp but if you want to send your child to a special school, there are some that are open to all students.
