Canadian PR with US misdemeanor

I am currently on H1B in USA and had a misdemeanor (shoplifting)on my history back in 2009 which was expunged by the judge after two years of good behavior. I know this may be under the list of inadmissible causes if I apply for Canadian PR using the FSWP. I have read on the attorney website that there are chances these can be over come. I would like to know what are my chances, please advice.

Depending on when you completed your sentence, you would need to apply for rehabilitation to overcome this inadmissibility.

Agreed with the above. You need to apply for rehabilitation most likely.
