Canadian PR question

Hi,

When I will be considered as Canadian PR? Will it be when I do the landing at the border or when I get the PR card? The reason of this is that I have to answer this in DS 160- US visa application?

You become a PR once you land at the border and your COPR is processed. When a PR card is issued is not relevant . Your residency obligation starts the at the time you land and become a PR not from the time your PR card is issued.
