Canadian PR affected by H1B or E2 Visa in US?

I am a Canadian citizen sponsoring my wife from Poland; we're hoping for her Canadian PR status in the next 12 months.

I am planning to apply for an E2 (investor) visa to work in the US. Once my wife is a PR of Canada, how will this status be impacted if she were to accompany me in the US?

Any help is much appreciated!
