Baby is not here yet, I’m from Canada but currently in process to get my Green Card to live/work in the US. My boyfriend is Mexican and currently work/live in the US. If we have a baby, born in the US, is it possible to obtain Canadian citizenship for my baby also? So he would be citizen in Canada and in the US?

The baby would be automatically canadian if you were born in Canada or got naturalized there. You would then need to apply for a proof of citizenship https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-citizenship/proof-citizenship.html
If you're a canadian born outside the coutry, the baby won't be canadian.
