I'm a US citizen living in US and I received a job offer from a company that has offices in both US and Canada. They are willing to let me work in Canada, but only if I can get a Canadian PR on my own. Unfortunately, I don't have enough points to get a PR myself (unless I got a Canadian job offer first in which case I could go through the Provincial Nominee Program or at least the Canadian Experience Class program). Is there any way I could use this job to help me emigrate to Canada?

I don't think this job offer helps you at all if it's conditional on PR.

Which province is this for?

The work is remote and I believe they said I could work from any province.

Ah - I see. Unfortunately I don't see how that helps you at all in terms of immigrating. Basically it's a remote job which you could do anywhere in the US and you've just asked if it would be possible to work from Canada. This won't count as a job offer for the purposes of qualifying for PR. You would still need to do that independently (i.e. without claiming job offer points).
