Canadian immigration on piercings

hi! I was recently done with my medical test and during the medical test I didn't have any piercings, the results were already sent to the immigration office. However, i am really tempted to get an ear piercing before leaving. I want to ask if upon arriving at the immigration, do they check if you have any existing piercings? Thank you!
