i mentioned in application i don't need translator for interview but now i feel i need translator. please guide me

What application did you applied, and for whom? If you are applied for sponsorship application for spouse, you may, just write an explanation to CIC and I believe they will update your file. But one thing you should keep in mind, doing such corrections means you are yourself slowing your application.
