Canadian Experience under NOC 2173, Can I apply CEC PR under 2282

My work experience is all under NOC 2173, but my CELPIP grade is not sufficient for Skill Level A.

Can I apply for PR, under NOC 2282 Skill Level B which has job description that I have experience in.

As per my understanding you would not be able to apply under different category.

If you have one year of experience in Canada under NOC 2282, then you can apply. 80 people have already got their AOR under that category on the CIC's website.

I do not have Canadian Experience under NOC 2282.

My Canadian Experience is under Skill Level A category.

Then you cannot apply unfortunately.

If you're doing your current job on an open visa and can get work evidence under 2282 then you will probably be ok, but technically it's fraud.
