Hello,
I am new here. Please I understand that one of the criteria for the Canada Experience Class is to work 30 paid hours per week for 1 year which is 1560hours in total. I just checked the immigration website with a unclear update. Does it mean that the hours will not be accepted if it’s more than 30hours per week? It used to be at least 30hours per week but now says it wouldn’t be calculated if it’s more than 30hours.
Please I need help. Thanks in anticipation

You can work more than 30 hours per week - however these additional hours do not let you qualify faster.

To qualify to apply with a year of work experience in Canada, you must have 52 separate weeks where you worked at least 30 hours in each of those weeks. If you worked 60 hours in one week, that still only counts as 1 week (not two).
