Canadian Experience Class Question

I graduated from a 1 year PG Diploma Program and got a 1 year Post Graduate work permit. I was later able to get an LMO from my current employer before the expiry of my PG Work Permit. Currently, I have a work permit valid till Feb. 2014 where I can only work for my current employer who did my LMO.
I have been working at my current job since August 2011 but as an Independent Contractor where I submit my invoices every 2 weeks.

I have been a resident of Ontario since I came to Canada to study and would like to know if there is any way I am eligible to apply for Permanent Residency under the Canadian Experience Class or Ontario Nominee Program.

If I am not eligible to apply for PR, can someone suggest me any other options that I may to get a Canadian PR (I am thinking about going back to college either in Saskatchewan or in Quebec).

I look forward to your responses. Thanks.

This is worrisome - most LMOs and TWPs are given for employer/employee contracts, NOT self-employed.

As an independent contractor, you are self-employed - you are actually your employer, and your "employer" is actually your client.

I suppose it is possible you are one of the rare exceptions, but if your TWP is for you to be employed and you are self-employed, you would both be in violation of the terms of your LMO & TWP.

Finally, the info you need about the programs is on the web - CEC and Ontario PNP programs -

CEC:

Self-employment experience is not eligible under the CEC program.
