Hi All,

I have 3+ years of back home work experience in total ( 4 months in a different company and 2.7 years in another company). I have ONLY the experience letter for the company where I worked for 4 months (It has role description, duration of my role, Manager's signature, Company address and logo). Would that be valid to show as a proof that I have 3 years of experience or just skip it? If I mention 2 years in the application, I will get 457 points and for 3 years, I am getting 468 points. I would like to go with the higher one but not sure if that is sufficient to proceed.

Kindly put your thoughts on this if any of you gone through such scenario in the past. Your advises are much appreciated.
 
You need a letter from all employment that you are claiming as experience. If you do not provide adequate evidence with your application IRCC will disallow that experience and reduce your CRS points. If that reduction results in your CRS score falling below the level of the draw in which you received your ITA your application will be rejected. Are you unable to get a letter from the 2.7years experience company?

Thanks for your prompt response. I can get the letter from the company I worked for 2.7 years, not a problem. the question is for the 4 months company which i cant get the letter
 
Sorry I thought you only had a letter from the 4months company. In that case you could apply with 2years. With 457 points you would have a good chance of getting an ITA in next draw at present. There has only been 1 "no program specified" draw above that level in the last 12 months. Good Luck.
