Canadian Experience Class Post Document submission

Hi Guys,
I have some questions on Post document submission. I submitted all the documents on Dec-11th and Got Acknowledgement of Receipt on Dec 11th. Now I see like Application status is Application received status. medical is "You do not need medical"... Now What will be the next status ( I hear like IP1, Ip2, PPR), what are they and how much will it take approximately for each status.

The next step is medical. it takes 6-15 days. At the same time the status will change to IP1.
