Canadian Experience Class - Certificate of Qualification question

I work at a bank and I completed my Canadian Securities Course (CSC) in 2013. I am registered to sell mutual funds. When filling up my Express entry profile, I said that I have certification of qualifications, which is my CSC. It was completed in December 2013, and of course I have a diploma at home. I was invited to apply under CEC, now they are asking me to upload all supporting documents, and I am ready to upload a copy of the certificate. Am I doing this right? If this is not what they were looking for, will it hurt my chances?

I know I can go back and uncheck my answer when they asked if I was issued the certificate of qualification. To my knowledge, I didn't get any extra points for this. Is it going to look bad? (and will they even find out that I changed my profile)

Thank you!

If you're sure that you got not points for it, change your answer in the post ITA form and you won't be prompted for any documents under COQ. Perfectly legit to make that change provided your CRS does not change as a result.

CSC is not a certificate of qualification. those are qualifications in trades such as plumber, mechanic, electrician etc. ie. qualifications received after completing an apprenticeship.
I believe the certificate of qualification gives 50 points in CRS. If the loss of 50 points keeps you at or above the lowest ITA scores from your draw then its fine, otherwise you have a problem.

It is quite funny , people keep on getting ITA for getting sweet sugary 50 crs points for some third world silly certificates. They have clearly mentioned "SKILLED TRADES"

I recommend to decline ITA incase you got points for it otherwise you will be banned for two years as the convict of misrepresntation.

Try and tone down the racism. The OP misunderstood the question and answered incorrectly - we've all been there. Also, they claim to have completed Canadian Securities Course, not sure if the 3rd World slur was warranted here (it's actually inexcusable under any circumstances but looks particularly silly here).
