Hello people,

I just want to find out about writting a resume to a Canadian employer ,is it necessary to mention in your resume that you are a permanent resident?

Thanks for your answers.

i read somewhere that you shouldn't mention your citizenship. But of course, if you don't mention your citizenship and they look at your other experience, they will soon realize that you are a foreigner. I guess it is better to show that you are PR than a complete stranger to Canada. I'd like to also see what those with experience in Canada think.

Rupesshari,

I was also thinking the same way like you. Actually i would really love to hear from someone who has had the experience in Canada like you've said.

Thanks.
