You should assume CIC will tell you to defer the start of your studies to January since there isn't enough time to complete the processing of your application for September.

..I had applied for September 5 ..I submitted my file on 29 July ..almost one month ago ..but still ..I don't receive my visa ..nd passport ..what you think when I recieve??
