Hello Every one.

My wife resides In Lebanon and the Canadian Embassy there have sent her an Email requesting her to send the the CSQ (Certificat Selection du Quebec)
They did not advise if they wanted an Original or Just a copy.

Should I be sending the Original document or will a Copy be fine?

Thanks!

They usually issues 2 copies of CSQ, 1 to be submitted to Canadian Visa Office with application,
second for the applicant( u will need that for landing in Quebec and for applying health card etc).

so send them the original embassy copy.

Hello,
The first one was already sent but I dunno why they are asking for it.
So the only Original left is the One my wife has.
Is it safe to send a copy?

I'm afraid that they might not return it or if it get lost by mail
at the same time I'm trying to minimize delays since the situation over there is getting bad and don't want them getting back to me a few weeks later asking for Original.

Ask the Quebec office that issued the CSQ, if they can issue you a duplicate copy or certified copy.

Send a copy to Canadian Visa office with explanatory letter that you have already submitted the original embassy copy with the application.

if they still require the original , then you have to send the original, hopefully by that time, you would have heard from Quebec office.
