Family sponsorship visa issue

Hello i am sponsoring my wife from lebanon and i recently received her csq and a letter of confirmation of the engagement and in the letter they asked me to forward the paper ( csq ) to my wife in lebanon because they require the papers when they issue the visa does anyone knows if i can email it to her or should i send it by post, in the visa office in beirut do they require the original or a copy is also accepted???
If anyone has been through this plz tell me cause i couldn't find an answer on the internet!!

Upload it to case specific enquiry and send it to the visa office.

I would send it by CSE to your VO as well as mail the original.
