Hi, thank you for taking the time to read my post. I am trying to sponsor my spouse in Hong Kong right now. We have received a letter saying to submit some missing documentation, my question is where to and how do I send the documents?

Do I use the address on the letterhead? Also, am I allowed to send via registered mail, or requesting signature when receipt?

I am worried that the mail will get lost, and there is no way to track, and later on being told that I never sent the documents. At the same time, I know there are addresses which registered mail or signature requirements are not allowed.

If someone can speak from experience, that would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Good luck all.

I sent mine by regular post. No problem. You can email them if you want but they will reply normally around 1 month.

Thank you for your quick response Steaky.

So just regular post? No signature? No registered?

Can you confirm if this is the mailing address?

Sorry to be a pain, but I just really need to do it right.

Thank you.

Yes send the letter to the Embassy that is handling your file there should have beensomething such as "please send documentation to this address" but if not that address is fine as it should be the embassy address
