Hi Guys ..

recently, I came to Canada, and i am staying here to study and work. i am not Canadian, but my daughter is Canadian, and she is 6 years old. she lives with her dad outside Canada. i am divorced, so he refuses to give me my daughter. plz note that i have her custody but it is not the sole custody.

what should i do to bring her here in Canada? plz HELP

You can't if you don't have sole legal custody OR he gives you the permission to bring her to Canada. You will need to apply for sole custody in your daughter's current country of residence.

Note that even though your daughter is a Canadian citizen, it gives you absolutely no immigration benefits.

You need to obtain sole custody. You'll need to hire a lawyer in the country where your daughter is residing.
