Dear all

I am inside Canada since 1 year. I am doing my PhD degree which will extend for 3 years more. My master Degree is from outside Canada in the area of IT. My position in university gives me the ability to have teaching assistance ship contracts. Am I eligible to apply for the Canadian experience class?

Nope, you haven't graduated and you don't have a years skilled work experience in Canada.
