Thank you Allison and Leon!
One more question please.... My mom already retired from her work after she ages 65 and now she's receiving her pension monthly. Will it cause her for the immigration to disqualify her application?

Yes, to sponsor a person who is not a spouse or dependent child, income requirements apply. To support herself and 1 other person, she needs to have at least $27,601 per year. If you are married and your husband is coming too, she will need $33,933, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english//information/applications/guides/5196E10.asp

Either she goes back to work or she can look at the requirements of the PNP's in SK, AB and MB. If she is not living there but moves there, in SK and MB, it will take her a year to qualify to sponsor you under their family stream PNP. In AB 2 years. You would also have to meet other requirements regarding funds etc.
