Re: Canadia embassy asks for information...please HELP!

Are you a Canadian citizen? If yes, and you are residing exclusively outside of Canada, they are requesting proof of your plans to re-establish yourself in Canada when your wife gets her PR.

Apparently you sent them information regarding a job offer? If that is the case, then you need to show other plans to re-settle. What are your living arrangements going to be like when you get back to Canada with your wife? How will you support yourself if the job offer doesn't come through? You need to provide answers to all those questions.

Re: Canadia embassy asks for information...please HELP!

Great :) So now, you need to simply document these matters and submit that info, it seems that is what they are asking for.

In your shoes, I would have my brother make me a formal job offer, on his company letterhead, showing the position offered, salary, etc.

I would also get proof of my savings, like a statement from the financial institution.

What about your living arrangements when you get back? Do you have a house or apartment already? If yes, show proof, with your lease/mortgage/rental agreement. If you are going to reside with family initially after your return, your family members can write a letter stating that they are aware of your plans and have offered you and your wife a place to live.
