Hi, Please how can I secure a Canada work permit.

You should assume it will not be possible. To qualify for a work permit, you first need to secure a job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA. The vast majority of employers aren't willing to go through the LMIA process. If you want to work in Canada, your best option is to apply to immigrate and become a permanent resident.

Could you please share me link to where I can apply for Canada immigrant.

People interested in immigrating to Canada to live and work on a full-time basis, who meet the criteria for at least one of these immigration programs, can formally express their interest in becoming a permanent resident of Canada by creating an Express Entry profile.
Once added to the Express Entry pool, candidates will be scored according to the program's point-based Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), and this score will determine the candidate's rank within the pool.
People with the highest scores will then be invited to apply to immigrate to Canada as permanent residents.

If the above link mentions that you meet the MEC, use this link to Calculate Express Entry Score: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigr...3.1217482491.1532983991-1998346404.1515446846
(Here you will have to put in your IELTS score, WES evaluated ECA (1 Bachelors degree or 2 or more Bachelors degree or Masters etc). Number of years of experience, etc.)

You can also refer to how many points you can score for each instance: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...iteria-comprehensive-ranking-system/grid.html

All this will require a lot of time and patience on your side. I would not advise you to spend your hard earned money on consultants/lawyers because they add zero value...
