Canada Work permit and visa

I have ten years experienced in building maintenance supervising ,hostel warden and quality control in software testing. but i'm not complete my degree i have completed my course.Is there any possible to get short term( 2 or three years) work permit and visas to work Canada. i have willing to work my experienced job and also general labor hotel jobs. Now i'm in process my IELTS exam courses. Please suggest me good way.
