Hi there.
Just curious about how to count my work experience in canada.
NOC 6525 - 2017 APR TILL 2017 OCT
NOC 6313 - 2017 OCT TILL 2018 DEC
It was 2 diffrent company and worked full time 40 hours a week for both jobs.
Will that count as 2 years??
Also, my current occupation is not same NOC as above, it's NOC 7237. Will that count as work experience too?? Or does it only counts under same NOC?
Thanks

Hi there.
Just curious about how to count my work experience in canada.
NOC 6525 - 2017 APR TILL 2017 OCT NOC 6525 - skill level C, not eligible.
NOC 6313 - 2017 OCT TILL 2018 DEC
It was 2 diffrent company and worked full time 40 hours a week for both jobs.
Will that count as 2 years??
One year = 52 weeks, two years = 104 complete weeks of full-time experience, so No. It will count as 1 year. Does not matter that it is 2 different jobs or that the NOCs are different, but the job has to be in a skilled NOC (Level O,A, or B).

Also, my current occupation is not same NOC as above, it's NOC 7237. Will that count as work experience too?? Or does it only counts under same NOC?
You can have different jobs with different NOCs. Your NOC requires trade certification in Alberta, but as long as you are not in Alberta, it should count without certification.
