No one can tell you your chances as it is based on your profile. Same for decision as your back ground and eligibility review are still in process.

Waiting to hear any further updates from the IRCC. Also, my mother has done the biometric and it is appearing as 'Valid' in the Biometric tool up to 7 Dec 2033 but the status of the application has not been updated.

Will provide an update here as soon as I receive one from the IRCC.
