- My name is Ayushi, I did applied for Visitor VISA for Canada before few days and my biometrics has done successfully. Today, i got an email that my application has got rejected on the grounds that they are not sure if i will return to INDIA after completing my travel purpose and they are not clear with my visiting purpose.
But i am 100% sure that i had uploaded all the required documents including my invitation letter which includes my visit purpose and my visiting and returning dates as well.
Now, if i will reapply then again i will upload all the same documents all they have asked and my concern is that they are gonna reject my application again. - My purpose to visit is business as i am working with Targray International inc. head office in Canada and i got an invitation from head office theta for training program you should visit here and for that they had sent the air tickets and hotel bookings also my invitation letter includes every detail required. And for return i will surely return because my family here in India is totally depends on me. i am visiting just for a week.
- Please help me i really need to go and if there is any chance of reopen this case study then please do and let me know if i need to visit the VFS office with any required document.

I understand how you feel. First, let me state that, sometimes the way you filled the application is very important. Second, did you get a letter of introduction from the company--your employer and any leave letter/absent from work permission and a good proof of funds?

Yes i did uploaded my invitation letter which have mentioned everything about company and also my purpose of visit and my dates and who will bear expenses and also i had uploaded my account statement for more financial clearance.

Invitation letter from the HQ inviting you is for a specific purpose. Visa Officer will expect you to get leave letter/absent permission to demonstrate that your work is intact and you remain a bona fide staff and also show when you are expected back at work and contact details. May even show your position and salary etc
The chances of re-opening your closed application in this scenario isn't guarantee. You can reapply with new application and address those concern raise by Visa Officer. Applications are mostly re-open for consideration when there's error of law or fact on the part of the VO. For example, if you submitted a document along with your application and got missing or was refused unfairly and against the immigration rules that's applicable to your application. Then it maybe re-open. Re-opening an application is at the discretion of the processing officer/visa office.
