My all over band score is 6 and in ( L : 6, R : 5.5, W : 5.5, S : 6). I have 8.23 C.G.P.A in bachelor in computer Engineering and i got 81.33 % in 12th as well as 76% in 10th.
So can i get Canada visa in this profile

Well, the PR express entry application has nothing to do with your CGPA or your overall grade in college it has to do with alot of factors.
One simple way to see if you are eligible is to go through this tool http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp and check whether you meet the minimum eligibility criteria or not.
If you do then next step is to be having enough points to be drawn from the pool and these points are obtained based on your age, work experience, level of education, ielts score and your marital status (all could be seen in the link above)
