canada visa chances below 60% aggregate

hello everyone,i have got 57% in dentistry(BDS) completing in 6 years instead of 5 and my friend has got 53% in medicine (MBBS), can we we get visa?
is there anyone who know that someone has got visa with this nearly this percentage previously...
i went to IDP consultants they told me that your visa chances are not 100% as i have scored below 60%
is it true?

yes u can get
there is nthing mentioned on cic about percentage, people are getting visa with 46-48% too...
its all about sds category and strong sop
