Hey...
As You score less in bachelors I will suggest you to apply online for canada visa as the processing took place in canada not in india and the chances of visa approval are more...rest it depend on in which collg or univ u took addmission...if u got admission in got public univ they will giv u visa....dun wrry...good luck
