Canada TRV delay 11-06-18 -present

Greetings everyone.i am writing from Cameroon. I applied for a Canada TRV on the 11-06- 18 ,got my first email from Dakar embassy on the 14-06-18 acknowledgment letter of my application. Same last year on the 24-10-18 got a procedural fairness letter about my bank documents I sent to the embassy and I was asked to reply with seven days. I got another document from my bank and some supporting documents and sent via email. Since then no info. January 30,2019 I sent an email to the embassy and they sent a reply saying 'your application file is pending final decision by an immigration agent.You can check vfs online with your tracking number if your passport has been sent to your application center in your country. Kind of worried since I don't know what could be this delay.Need advice please

My bank statement is the same. I simply got another attestation of my account from my bank and some old debit and credit receipt duplicate attesting ownership of my acount

A Procedural Fairness Letter is the initial step to being banned for 5 years for misrepresentation. If your additional documents were not genuine or had been tampered then unfortunately, you can expect the misrepresentation ban

No, you cannot check the final decision through the VFS site because as a VAC, they are not linked to the IRCC database. You have probably been asked to contact VFS only to collect your passport from them

I called VFS office in my country and the lady who answered said my passport has not yet reached their office,she said that after asking my tracking ID that my file is still in process. As for my documents I sent to Dakar, all of them are very authentic. My bank attestation is gotten directly from my bank .
