Hello this is waheed I applied canada tourist visa on 02/12/2016 and still decision is pending don't know what to do all most 7month can anyone tell why my application is delay is there anyone who is facing same situation like please tell me
If you submitted a paper application you can try linking it to your online account. Do see the 'Background check' status. It's possible the delay is due to this reason.

I applied online from islamabad and my travelling date was February 15 Witch is al ready passed is it will effect my case or I have chance to get the visa last progress date on my case was 28april and after that no any further update
