What is the current status: It says "we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibilty requirements" SO I believe that Eligibility Review has started. (2 weeks ago) Background Check also in process.
What is the purpose of the visit: Tourism for a week.
I submitted an inquiry webform using the new webform available on the website yesterday. I intend to travel in the last week of November, so really praying for a decision by tomorrow or Friday to the max.
Normal processing time (37 days) from US have passed already.

My status is also reviewing eligibility for 2 weeks, No update.. Not sure why this is happening! I applied on June 14 in cic, and october 5th on Ircc!!!! No response to either application! Getting so frustrated!!!

Same.. i submitted a webform too but still no reply .. the wait is really frustrating and now its a weekend so won't receive a decision for next 2 days .. I'm soo confused whether I should re apply using the new IRCC portal or not..
