Canada study visa with predicted marksheet of 12th

Hello, I am a 12th student and I have done my IELTS with individual 6.0 bands each. I have also applied for niagara college. My general query is that do I apply for Canada study visa with predicted marksheet of 12th class? Where my term 1 result is original and term 2 is predicted? Do I successfully get visa with that?

Apply for a seat with predicted score (if they allow). Later, after you graduate, send them the original score and apply for visa in the same month. I guess you have the final scorecard by May, and you can go for September intake.

I will get my final result in two terms. Term 1 in January and term 2 in may. So should I apply with term 1 result and term 2 prediction marksheet? Where term result is of my 50% of my studies.. L
