canada study visa refused second time

hello everyone ,my qualifications are 12th with 55% (maths 33%), BCA with 70% marks , ielts 6.5 band with no band less than 6 . i applied for canada first time on sep 2012 in centennial college for computer system technician post graduate diploma (1 year) but i got rejected and their reason for rejection were proposed program is not reasonable in the light of past studies and weak academic scores,
then after that i applied again for the may session on feb 2013 for fenshawe college for information security management and again i got rejected and teir reasons fro rejection were

1: you have not satisfied me that you would leave canada at the end of your stay,in reaching this decision i iconsider several factors
including purpose of visit
3: your proposed studies are not reasonable in the light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment , language abilities or your future prospects or plans,
then i applied for caips notes and i got my caips notes and they stated the main reasons
1.they said that my sister is in canada (actually she went to canada on her study visa now she is in saskatchone and waiting to get her pr )
2. my grade 12th score is not good in maths,
3. i will not leave canada by the end of my study
4: the course you selected is ok but you just copied your statement of purpose from the college website ..


now i want to apply again , so please give me your advice ,\
please help i m very tensed and do not know what to do .

Before you apply in the 3rd time think about changes in your life since the second rejection.

- You already have BCA. What is the point in getting post-bacc in computer studies AGAIN?

then i applied for caips notes and i got my caips notes and they stated the main reasons

Yes, that means you will follow her route. Even if there is nothing illigal - but it weakens your proof that you will go back home after completing studies.

- see par.1 What personal ties do you have at home ? Good established work? Property? Wife and children?

4: the course you selected is ok but you just copied your statement of purpose from the college website

- so, they caught you?

MY advise:
Improve you math grade.
Work at the place where after a year or two you will need to improve your skills , let's say --for promotion
Apply for another kind of programm - business, or just Masters.
