canada student visa under general category in same session and same course

i applied in conestoga college for sep 11 session thru chc chd on 23 june 2011 under spp.got rejected cos of stupid reason....wnt come back n course mismatch.i m a doctor n my fellow who graduated in physiotherapy got visa.v hv samemedical background.7.5 in ielts.10 lac loan.paid tuition fees.no gap.i hv applied again on 27 july 2011 under general now!what is my scope for visa?i hv gud travl history.10 years US visa.went fr 2 months n came back.n in my frst aplictn my agent didnt put sop.will i get visa bfr 9 sep 2011?.
