Canada Student Visa from USA (status - refugee )

Hi,


I need your advice very badly.

My brother lives in USA with his wife and 3 years old son.

He got MBA degree from back home (Bangladesh) and now wanted to apply for Master’s program at University of Windsor. His status in USA is refugee.


What will be the next thing after he got admission in university of Windsor?

What are the possibilities of getting student visa in Canada?


If anyone experienced this kind of situation, please share or advise me.

When you mean his status is refugee - what do you mean by that? Is he still waiting for the outcomes of his refugee claim? Does he have a green card already - and if so, how long has he held that green card?

If he's still waiting for his refugee claim to be decided, there's effectively zero chance a study permit to Canada is going to be approved.
