I just wonder about few question.

Currently i am on H1B status working in US. Now i am going to get married a girl who is on PR status in canada. As i do not want to loose my company and my company is ready to file green card so i don't want to settle in canada. So i just wonder about following quesiton.

1) Does my wife can work in US on her PR status while my green card in process or not filed or i am on H1B?
2) I also heard that if you have Canadian PR status than you will get US green card easily. Not sure is it possible or what?
3) Does canada education will make sense in US or she need to study here to get professinal job in her field?

Any further suggestion would be great input for my decision to not settle in canada. Thanks everybody in advance.

You need a US immigration forum to answer these questions but I can try.

1) A Canadian PR will not allow your wife to work in the US but possibly she can get a work permit in the US based on your work permit.

2) That is not true.

3) From what I have heard, the US is more open to accepting education from different countries than Canada. If she finds it hard to find a job in the US, she can of course look into upgrading.

You realize that in order for your wife to keep her Canadian PR, she must spend at least 730 days in Canada in any rolling 5 year period. That means that she can stay outside Canada for up to 3 years but if she does, she must return to Canada for the next 2 years completely or she could stay in Canada 21 weeks a year or 3 days a week or some other combination like that.
