Canada PR holder travelling to US from India

I have canada PR and US-B1 too. I would be travelling to US from India for 20 days, I wish to go to Canada from US and then again come back to US and take a flight back to India. My doubt is will the US immigration allow me to do the multiple entry within 1 week.

You should be fine. I’ve done something like that myself.
