My spouse has done medical examination from Max Healthcare New Delhi. I have below questions regarding the same:-
1. I can see only one id printed on the paper report given to her called MaxId starting with LJMD.xxxxx . is this the right document or shall we ask for any other doc/report.
2. The doctor name mentioned on the medical report is (Dr. Bansidgar Tarai) . However, this doc name is not mentioned in the panel physician list (https://secure.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx) . She went to the right hospital as she used the link (https://secure.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx). It is just that i am concerned about the mismatch of Doctor name in the report and Canada website.
