Canada Intra Company Transfer - Do I need an attorney for paperwork?

I am in the US right now on H1B visa (indian) and my company is established in canada also.

I checked the conditions for ICT and looks like I am eligible under the specialized skills category. But I got to make the paperwork in the correct way to portray my specialized knowledge

My Green Card is in jeopardy and i am hitting my 6 year cap soon. So trying to find back up here.

So should I work with some attorney to handle my paperwork of is ther somebody who has done it themselves?

Please let me know..for your thoughts folks

Has your company already offered you a job in Canada? You can't start the paperwork without having a job offer in Canada from your current employer. Your employer should also be involved in getting the paperwork together.

They have agreed to provide me with the paperwork till now..I am working on getting it from them
