Canada Immigration Help please seniors Help me...

Dear Seniors,

I am aspirant to immigrate to Canada.

I want to discuss my case i am in Australia right now, I came here on student visa in 2008.

My education is 12th in india and then after certificate III in Bakery + Certificate IV in Business management + Diploma of Management + Diploma of Hospitality Management (Cookery) .

My Visa expired after the course Diploma of Management in Sept 2011 then I applied for extension of Student visa of Australia to pursue Diploma Hospitality but Refused . My lawyer advised me to apply MRT (Migration Review Tribual ) i applied for the same and right now I am on Bridging Visa C.

During MRT file I can work or study in Australia lawfully.

Also, I am working as Cook in chain Restaurant since sept 2008.

Now, I want to apply for Canada PR but as per the current rules I found for applying to FSW visa I have to go through Arrange Employment.

So Seniors please guide me how can I get AEO from here ???

OR I should wait for Occupation list to re-open in 2013 ???

Please help me ...

With all Diplomas , I dont believe you have a chance to get PR in Canada.
AEO is far out as well.

Hi,

I think Jnathan is right, but you can try ur luck to find an AEO. (I am sorry, am not sure where and how can u get it)

Besides, FSW1 is expected to continue from Jan, 2013 with some changes in the points system and eligible NOCs list as well.
